Remotech

The Remotech plan was created with the standard computer user in mind, with this plan you receive full telephone support for all windows and standard application problems, in addition to full remote support; With this we can securely and remotely take control of your PC directly through your broadband connection and show you exactly how to achieve what you need. Of course at anytime you may upgrade to our other plans if more help is needed.


For extra protection and safety of your computer and family we also offer our fully managed anti virus and firewall solution, fully updated by our trained support staff, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This add on service can be offered for an additional £2.99 per month.

Ontech

The Ontech plan was created for full peace of mind, this plan receives all the benefits of the Remotech plan but with the additional benefit of half price home visits in the event you would prefer to have someone onsite. This plan is also perfect for help with wireless setups, printer installs and any other onsite technical support you may need, and as it benefits from half price home visits a usual hourly visit would only cost you £15.

With this plan you also receive our fully managed anti virus and firewall solution, fully updated by our trained support staff, 24 hours a day 7 days a week, for extra protection and safety of your computer. This is fully inclusive with your plan price.

Home visits can be arranged whenever required, however unless you are a member of the Ontech plan a home visit would cost £30 per hour, and may be subject to a callout charge if outside of the hull area. Alternatively you can schedule to bring your equipment to our head office where repairs can be undertaken from £20 (subject to a free diagnostic report). basic service we offer provides an extensive meticulous clean of block paving, patios, decking, pathways, outdoor furniture, conservatories and fascias, returning the area to its former splendour.

Using professional operatives who are fully trained using a high cold water pressure washer, incorporating a Rotary Flat Surface Cleaner we are able to remove the build up of weeds, moss, algae, dirt and grime.

This will eliminate slippery, hazardous areas and give your business or property a clean new look by cleaning the areas where visitors or clients develop their first impressions
